When & where is the wedding?
Our ceremony and reception will take place on Friday, December 5th, 2025 at 4:30pm at Pippin Hill Farm & Winery.
What is the dress code?
Black tie optional. We love a gown or tuxedo.
Travel and Accommodations
When should I plan to arrive? And depart?
It's up to you! If you plan to arrive the day before the wedding, please join us at Boylan Heights from 7:30pm to 9:30pm for drinks & snacks.
The wedding festivities will end on Friday night, but if you are able to extend your stay through the weekend, we highly recommend it. Charlottesville is so much fun!!
How will I get to & from the venue?
Our guest shuttle by James Limousine will leave the Omni Hotel at 4pm. It will return once the wedding ends at 10pm. You are also welcome to drive yourself -- this may be ideal for guests who wish to depart early.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes! There is a garage attached to the hotel that is available to hotel guests.
